Savannah & Tim are MARRIED - Celebrated at Dellwood Country Club

Minnesota had a abnormally warm December so although we didn’t have the amount of snow we were hoping for it didn’t mean we did not enjoy our day to the fullest!

Savannah and Tim have been planning to make this day the best they could to not only honor their marriage but also honor their guests! We started getting ready for the day at Dellwood Country Club! Instead of a first look, Savannah and Tim wanted to save the first look for the alter and instead went with a first touch. They read their vows and exchanged gifts without seeing each other before the ceremony. Savannah started to read her vows but didn’t get very far before they decided to instead exchange and read each others vows. Lots of happy tears were shed.

Their ceremony took place at Church of Saint Peter. It was a beautiful moment with Savannah walking down the aisle and Tim getting to see her for the first time. They opted for a traditional catholic ceremony to proclaim their love in front of God, friends, and family.
After the I do’s, we enjoyed our time before the reception getting ALL the portraits to commemorate the day! Their reception details were AMAZING! It was a winter greenery dream wrapped up with black velvet bows. Complete with a champagne tower, the couple really wanted their reception to shine and be fun. With all the details planned to a “T”, I definitely think they accomplished that no problem!
We had fun with a quick sparkler tunnel, before continuing the party for the night. Savannah and Tim’s first dance was one they have been practicing for months. They elegantly danced across the floor before the rest of the guests joined in on the dance party! The couple had late night snacks of their favorite fair foods.

Please enjoy seeing their wedding day and congratulations to the newly married couple, Savannah & Tim!!

Amanada & Luke Marry in Minneapolis’s Blaisdell Mansion!

ARRIVING early the ladies started their day getting ready in Blaisdells getting ready room. The Blaisdell is a Minneapolis Mansion Wedding venue in the Twin Cities of Minnesota! Amanda and Luke made sure to surround themselves with their best people for their wedding day! Everyone had such great high energy all day. It made the day so enjoyable! Amanda's wedding dress fit like a dream and her and Luke had their first look just outside the front of the house. (The ladies inside enjoyed peaking through the window to see it too!) Luke had seen the dress before, but he admitted he forgot what it looked like, which Amanda figured that would happen. They were excited to see each other!

For more portraits off site, we made our way to Minneapolis Institute of Art. Some of my favorite photos of the day were taken here! After a good amount of portrait time that ended with a little rain, we headed back to The Blaisdell for the rest of the day! Apparently the rain can't get enough of Luke & Amanda. (It downpoured at their engagement session link at the end)

Their good friend Eric officiated their wedding. He talk on their love story and how fun it was to see them grow and sacrifice for one another. They grew to love each other's interests- anime, dungeon & dragons, cats like their Loui. When it was Amanda's turn to read her vows she welcomed everyone to their self-proclaimed “nerd” Wedding. One thing they uniquely did for their ceremony was they had the wedding party on the opposite side so the bridesmaids could she Amanda's face and the Groomsmen could see Luke's face. Before you knew it they were husband and wife and did one of the best dip kisses in the aisle! It is a must see!

Amanda and Luke are travelers at heart so for their tables they did different locations they had been all over the world instead of table numbers! After Speeches and food, the night ended with one of the best dance parties I've ever photographed! Everyone was having an absolute blast!

Please enjoy Amanda and Luke's wedding day at The Blaisdell!

Emily & Brandon Married at Plymouth Community Center’s Millennium Garden!

Emily and Brandon got married on a cool fall day. The best way to keep away the cold is to cuddle up in your lovers arms so we made do for all our portrait time together!

Walking through the Millennium Garden at Plymouths Community Center just added to the beauty of the day and the stunning details this couple had envisioned and made happen for their big day. All the added fall colors throughout the day like the color of the ladies dresses and the the guy’s flowers were lovely. I think their personalities really came through in in the time they spent together. Brandon was no nervous, just excited and Emily was just happy to spend the day with Brandon. The ceremony was outside in Millennium Garden; it was a beautiful symbol of a new marriage and the hope for a long and happy future.

After making it official with a kiss, we all went into the Plymouth’s Community Center Ballroom to keep the celebration going with food and dancing!

Please enjoy this look into Emily and Brandon’s Wedding Day!
