Engagement session

Stillwater Engagement Photography | Michelle & Jason |

When I first met Michelle I was instantly smitten by her sweet spirit and kind heart. So it was no surprise that Jason fell for her beauitful smile when they were paired to walk down the aisle at a friends wedding.

We decided to venture through the beautiful streets of the small downtown Stillwater, Minnesota for their engagement session. They decided to bring their fur baby, Floyd. As we walked on the busy streets of stillwater, it was evident that these two were smitten for each other. It was so cute to see and to capture! We took a detour to a loading dock with a shoreline a little ways out of town. Michelle and Jason originally wanted to get married on the river so we tried to incorporate that desire in their engagement shoot! We ended the session with some fireworks, which was a perfect way to end the day!

I cannot wait to capture their wedding next May!!

Oijiway Park Engagement Photography | Rose & Zack

Zack and Rose shared a mutual friend, who Rose constantly has to fight over for Zacks love. Rose has won the war even though the battles rage on. Through their friends, Rose was invited to Zack's birthday party. It took a lot of convincing,  but eventually Rose begrudgingly agreed to go.

While out celebrating through bowling,  everyone knew Rose just was not in the mood to be there. Knowing that Zack still put himself out there and tried to charm Rose.  As both of Rose and Zack's roommates started dating, Zack found more and more excuses to be over at Rose's apartment! Through persistence and adoration, Rose finally gave into Zack's advances. And that is where their adventure together began.

This session was a little different from my usual engagement sessions. Rose and Zack wanted to have their little family to be featured in their engagement shoot! So in these photos you will be enjoying the faces of Rose, Zack, Scout,  Bugs the Pug, and Hinata the Cat.

Jennifer & Tom | Home Engagement Photography

Sometimes the comfort of your home is the place you just be yourself  I always encourage my couples to choose places that are comfortable; it makes it a little easier to have someone photographing you! It gives you the best memories with the person you love in a location you love! Jenny and Tom wanted to shoot within the comfort of their own home.

With a mutual love of family, board games, cats, and fine dinning Jenny was smitten with Tom from the beginning.
As Jennifer and Tom's relationship grew deeper their love has grown stronger.

These two lover birds enjoy spending time over board games together and with friends; both being notoriously competitive, things tend to be a little crazy at times. Tom is satisfied with losing as long as in the process he beats Jenny. Despite his best efforts, Jenny will win on occasion.
