Como Park Engagement with Bri & Alex!

Alex and Bri's story is one of chance encounters, shared passions, and new adventures. These two met while Alex was on the job as a bartender, and since then, they've been shaking up more than just drinks together. With a love for animals and two pets to keep them company, they're building a life in the Twin Cities while balancing school and adjusting to the pace of a bigger city—quite the change from their small-town roots in South Dakota.

Their engagement story is a fun one. Alex planned a creative scavenger hunt that led Bri back to their home, where a ring—and of course, Alex—were waiting. Bri said yes, and their journey toward marriage officially began.

While they plan to tie the knot in a few years, we had the chance to celebrate their engagement with a session at Como Park. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to the last days of summer, capturing moments that reflect their love and excitement for what’s ahead.

A Date Night Idea in Minneapolis with Meerci Picnics

My girlfriends and I wanted to do something a little different for our monthly date night! So last summer we went out on a limb and rented a picnic with Painting option from Meerci Picnics! I could not get over HOW CUTE this whole setup was. This expanding company will come set everything up for you based off your choices. Once you are done, they come back and tare it all down for you! Easy Peasy!!

I thought this would be so great for a couple or friends looking for a fun summer activity/date night!!

Isabella and Steven met by chance in a cooking class when they both studied at St Paul College. Isabella was cute and quiet. Steven told me that she would hardly talk in class. So as Isabella started the class with the goal to become a better cook Steven's goal for that semester became one thing and one thing only. Get this beautiful quiet girl to talk to him.

He was definitely successful in his endeavor as they are on the road to matrimony. Steven does not consider himself a patient man when it came to proposing. He had the ring a total of ONE week trying to figure out the best way to purpose to the woman he loved. But instead he took to heart the phrase no better time then the present. As they were driving, the conversation of the engagement popped up. Steven pulled over right there, pulled out the ring that had been sitting in his pocket, and asked Isabella to marry him.  She said YES!  They are scheduled to get married next fall!
